Join us on July 13th to learn from Mike Porter, who received his PhD in Sedimentary Geology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mike will walk us through this beautiful landscape and help untangle the mystery of Wisconsin's glacial history and how it shaped the ground we walk on today.
Thanks to a generous sponsorship from the Aylward Family and a partnership between TFT and Tara Lila LLC, this program is FREE. However, space is limited and pre-registration is required.
Participants will meet at TFT before caravaning to Tara Lila's Ripco Road Unit. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The hike will last approximately 60-90 minutes through 1-2 miles of occasionally unlevel terrain.
